SpadeBrite's name, logo, product names, and other brand assets are valuable indicators of source and quality. This notice describes the marks we use and the conditions for permitted use.

01Our marks

“SpadeBrite,” the SpadeBrite logo, “Lyre,” “Phantom,” “Seneca,” and related names, logos, taglines, and visual designs are trademarks of SpadeBrite LLC or its affiliates (the “Marks”), whether registered or unregistered. All rights are reserved.

02Permitted use

You may use the Marks only for accurate, non-misleading reference to SpadeBrite or its products (for example, news reporting, reviews, or interoperability descriptions), provided that you:

do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist;
do not modify or distort the Marks;
do not use the Marks in a domain name, app name, social handle, or product name;
follow any brand guidelines we publish.

03Prohibited use

You may not use the Marks in connection with goods or services that are not provided by SpadeBrite, in a manner that is likely to cause confusion as to source or affiliation, or in a manner that disparages SpadeBrite or its products.

04Third-party marks

All other trademarks referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by SpadeBrite LLC.
