All rights are reserved.

02No license except by agreement

No license, express or implied, to any SpadeBrite Materials is granted except as set forth in a written agreement signed by SpadeBrite LLC or as expressly permitted under the SpadeBrite Trademark Notice.

03Third-party trademarks

All other trademarks referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by SpadeBrite LLC.
