Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SpadeBrite LLC (“SpadeBrite,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, retains, and discloses information when you use our website and services. Identity-protection workloads involve sensitive data, so we articulate our practices in plain language.
01Information we collect
Account & contact data: name, email, organization, and similar information you provide.
Content you submit: audio, images, video, and text you submit for processing. We refer to this as “Your Content.”
Usage data: request metadata, log data, device and browser information, and aggregated analytics that help us run the Service.
02How we use your information
We process Your Content solely to deliver the protection, analysis, and reports you request, and to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We use account and usage data to provide customer support, send service messages, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell Your Content. We do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models.
03Biometric and sensitive data
The Service may process voiceprints, faceprints, and other identifiers derived from Your Content (collectively, “biometric identifiers”). We process biometric identifiers only as needed to deliver the requested protection outputs, retain them only as long as necessary for that purpose, and apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to their sensitivity. If applicable law (for example, BIPA, GDPR Article 9, or comparable regimes) requires specific consent or disclosures, we will obtain and provide them.
04Retention
We retain Your Content and derived artifacts for the period required to deliver the Service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion at any time as described below.
05Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, when required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We will tell you before any material change in how data is shared.
06Security
We employ technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
07Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@spadebrite.com to exercise these rights.
08International transfers
We may process information in jurisdictions other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) to safeguard your data.
09Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10Changes
We will update this Policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
