SpadeBrite respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page describes how to report infringement and how we respond.

01Submitting a notice of infringement

If you believe material on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service;
  • your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

02Designated agent

Send notices to dmca@spadebrite.com. Please use the subject line “DMCA Notice.”

03Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required by the DMCA. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant in accordance with law.

04Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrights.
