Last updated: 2026-05-11Effective: 2026-05-11

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SpadeBrite website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Template notice. This document is a working draft provided as a starting point. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by counsel. Please have qualified legal counsel review and adapt this document before relying on it in production.

01Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

02Permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose: analyzing media and text that you own or have lawful authority to process, and obtaining protection artifacts and reports.

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.

03Your content

You retain all rights in the media, text, and other content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant SpadeBrite LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to process Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, and to produce the protection outputs and reports you request.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.

04Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, models, designs, documentation, and brand assets, is owned by SpadeBrite LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. See our Trademark Notice for permitted use of our marks.

05No guarantees

SpadeBrite's protection methods aim to reduce the extractability and replayability of identity signals by automated systems. The Service does not guarantee complete protection against any specific adversary or technique. See our Disclaimer for important limitations.

06Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpadeBrite LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

08Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpadeBrite LLC is established, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
