Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited when using the SpadeBrite Service. It supplements our Terms of Service.
01Lawful use
You must comply with all applicable laws and the rights of others when using the Service. You must have the necessary rights or consents to submit any media, text, or other content for processing.
02Prohibited content and conduct
You will not use the Service to:
- process content depicting a real, identifiable person without the rights or consent required by applicable law;
- create, distribute, or facilitate non-consensual sexual imagery, child sexual abuse material, or content that exploits or endangers minors;
- impersonate any person or entity, including by creating or distributing synthetic media intended to deceive;
- attempt to circumvent, defeat, or reverse-engineer our protection methods, security controls, rate limits, or access controls;
- use the Service to harass, defame, threaten, or discriminate;
- upload or distribute malware or otherwise interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service;
- use the Service in connection with any activity that would violate sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.
03Identity-protection scope
The Service is offered to help people and organizations protect their own likenesses, voices, and writing from unauthorized extraction and replication. Use of the Service to attack, de-identify, or undermine others' protections is strictly prohibited.
04Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected violations to abuse@spadebrite.com. We may investigate, suspend, terminate, or refuse service for violations, with or without notice, and may cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
