• impersonate any person or entity, including by creating or distributing synthetic media intended to deceive;
• attempt to circumvent, defeat, or reverse-engineer our protection methods, security controls, rate limits, or access controls;
• use the Service to harass, defame, threaten, or discriminate;
• upload or distribute malware or otherwise interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service;
• use the Service in connection with any activity that would violate sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.

The Service is offered to help people and organizations protect their own likenesses, voices, and writing from unauthorized extraction and replication. Use of the Service to attack, de-identify, or undermine others' protections is strictly prohibited.

Report suspected violations to abuse@spadebrite.com. We may investigate, suspend, terminate, or refuse service for violations, with or without notice, and may cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
